Sometimes, I use meditation exercises or Nia movement, because I strongly believe these methods complement coaching & training, give an extra dimension to your experience and can spark better results.

I create a safe space in which a coachee or an organisation is free to express what does or does not work and I adjust my sessions accordingly. Together we map out your way towards personal growth and optimal professional (team) performance.
